Terms of Service
These Terms constitute the complete and legally binding agreement between our store and all purchasing customers, superseding all prior oral and written inconsistent agreements. All clothing purchase transactions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of our registered business jurisdiction, excluding conflict of law rules.
In case of any transaction dispute, both parties shall first resolve the issue through friendly negotiation via official customer service channels. Customers shall provide valid order numbers, purchase records, product photos and video evidence for dispute verification. We will respond and handle valid dispute applications within a specified working period.
If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the arbitration institution of our registered location for final arbitration judgment. All arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party. Any dispute resolution result shall be final and binding on both transaction parties.
If any individual clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable by authoritative judicial or arbitration institutions, the invalid part shall be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in full legal force and effect. The failure of either party to exercise any right stipulated in the Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
We reserve the right of final interpretation of all service rules, transaction regulations and after-sales policies. Users’ continued use of shopping services after rule updates constitutes automatic acceptance of the latest legal binding terms. These Terms shall apply to all historical and future orders of our store.
