Returns Policy
We provide a standardized 30-day return service for all global customers purchasing regular clothing products. To ensure valid return approval, items must remain unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with complete original packaging and tags. Any signs of human damage, improper use or dirt contamination will result in return rejection.
Due to hygiene restrictions and non-resalable features, underwear, swimwear, custom-designed clothing and clearance final sale goods cannot be returned or exchanged. This rule applies to all orders worldwide without exception.
For returns due to personal taste, size mismatch or order change, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the products you receive have quality issues, incorrect styles, missing parts or transit damage, our store will cover all return shipping fees and provide formal after-sales solutions.
Once our warehouse finishes quality verification, refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days. We support size and color exchanges for all eligible products. Please contact our support team to get official return instructions before sending back your items.
